A man of undying perseverance and fierce ambition, Gajendra Pawar, is the founder of Pinnacle Group, Pune – a real estate company that has been building thoughtful homes in Pune City since 1996.

As the Founder, Gajendra Pawar personally oversees every aspect of the business at Pinnacle Group from initial client contact through to project completion. His attention to detail and determination to deliver excellent homes as well as impeccable customer service are the driving forces behind his management style and work ethic. Also, client satisfaction is Gajendra’s topmost priority—a valued principle cemented from years of working in the business. His experience in creating distinctive, livable spaces on time and within budget, has always resulted in buildings that prosper –– even in challenging markets –– for decades.

Gajendra graduated in the field of Commerce from SP College in 1984 and initially established a restaurant named Pinnacle Garden. While he began his professional journey during his college years with multiple small businesses, Pinnacle Garden was his first big venture. Five years later, In 1996, Gajendra signed up for his very first development project on plot 1707, Sadashiv Peth, which marked the start of his real estate journey and the birth of Pinnacle Constructions. Despite several setbacks on the legal, operational and financial fronts, Gajendra successfully delivered his first construction project in 1998 and thereon, there was no looking back for him.

Between 1996 and today, along with its transformation from Pinnacle Constructions to Pinnacle Group, the company has been creating and providing quality homes across the state of Maharashtra, customized to meet the unique needs of every market segment under the direction of Gajendra Pawar and now also his son, Rohan Pawar. Their integrated team-based approach facilitates effective and timely communication between all parties, from tenants to property managers, vendors to facility technicians, accountants to their most important point of contact – their clients.

In addition to having an illustrious long-drawn career to his credit, Gajendra Pawar is also the Vice President of the governing body at SPM Collage  and the former  President of MBVA (Marathi Bandhkam Vyavsayik Association) and currently Vice President of MBVM (Marathi Bandhkam Vyavsayik Mahasangh). He is the Founder Trustee of Niramaya – an association that aids girl child education, alongside managing as Chairman of  Cricket Master Academy to support the less fortunate children across the state to pursue their dream of playing cricket. Personally, he is passionate about Football, Tennis and Badminton too. Gajendra is an individual with a wanderlust personality that has taken him across most of the globe along with his much-adored life and business partner – Mrs. Sadhana Pawar.
