Rohan Pawar, CEO of Pinnacle Group
A multifaceted visionary with a go-getter attitude, Rohan Pawar is a second generation entrepreneur at the helm of Pune’s Pinnacle Group as its CEO. His current role sees him manage multiple functional departments, giving direction for its smooth day-to-day operations while also overseeing each project from the ground up.
Breaking paths from the conventional route of education, Rohan had decided to step into the business field and join the Pinnacle Group right after high school to be able to witness and learn firsthand the ropes of his trade right from the get-go. This early entry has helped nurture in him an ability to show close attention to detail and critical decision-making skills, further seeing him grow into the confident leader that he is today.
For Rohan, construction is, first and foremost, a passion and then a profession. He firmly believes that the quality of work delivered is as important as the scale of the work, and this belief drives him to relentlessly pursue excellence in each project undertaken by the group. Furthermore, sharing and endeavouring to realise his father’s vision of redefining how people look at their homes while making innovation a hallmark of every Pinnacle project, Rohan approaches each undertaking with deep insight, a sense of originality and creative zeal. On a personal front, he also envisions transforming the Pinnacle Group into a dynamic young company where creativity takes centre stage in all its projects and operations.
Through the course of his career, Rohan has cultivated a high-risk-high-reward mindset as he believes that foraying into uncharted waters can generate opportunities and provide one with a competitive edge. This, combined with his unwavering dedication and inspiring leadership, has led the Pinnacle Group to be recognised as one of the most distinguished players in Pune’s real estate market.
