What are your views on the changed consumer behaviour and the recent trends in the industry during today’s situation? How will you describe your near future plans to move ahead competitively with these trends?
The residential segment looks very promising in the current scenario of Covid 19, as many people including the young generation are now looking to own a house rather than be dependent on a rental accommodation. We are seeing a spurt in sales since things have started opening up, home loans interest rates are at an all-time low and with reduction in stamp duty the sector should get a much needed boost as we enter the festive season.
The world resurrecting to the pandemic of coronavirus has learnt the value of ‘healthy living’. A visionary developer The Wadhwa Group, had probably envisioned this principle of ‘healthy living’ some five decades ago when they embarked upon this mission to design and construct the dream homes for millions in India’s financial capital. Every space is thoughtfully designed to connect with nature, laying a strong emphasis on the elements of light, height, and air. Timely completion of projects coupled with strong planning and design innovation gives the group an edge over its competitors.
