These are available in different patterns to suit various operating conditions and supplied as ready to fit tyre and wheel assemblies for easy replacement.

Solid Rubber Tyre & Wheel Assembly is suitable for industrial equipment with a maximum operating speed of 25 km/hr.

Foam Filled Tyre and Wheel Assembly

Tyre filling is a two component, simple, reliable and economical liquid Poly-Urethane. Foam Fill is developed for converting air filled tires into a urethane solid rubber filled tire to maximize vehicle operating efficiency and to minimize downtime associated with flat tires.

Foam Filled Tyres become puncture proof, composite-solid tires that will virtually eliminate flats, blowouts and tyre damage caused by improper daily maintenance which is required by standard air-filled tires. Foam Filled tyres will also never need to be filled with air and will never be under-inflated, thus maximizing wear and tyre performance in a wide range of conditions.
