Altec and Mtandt hosted India’s 1st Live Line Symposium at Pragati Maidan on April 5, 2019. Attendees at the Symposium heard case studies from the USA and a special delegation from China about the long-term benefits of live line work and how insulated equipment has
improved productivity, safety, and efficiency in the electric utility industry. Dr. Rajendra Kumar Pandey, Director General of India’s National Power Training Institute, was the keynote speaker and focused on trends in safety and training in India.
