Brigade Group announced its maiden entry into the plotted development space with a 66-acre residential project in Devanahalli on the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR). The project is a strategic Joint Development that will offer plot sizes ranging from 1,200 square feet to 2,400 square feet and will be an excellent proposition for buyers. North Bangalore has been witnessing significant growth, driven by IT/BPM, Aerospace and R&D which has created a huge demand for plotted developments and this new project by Brigade Group will surely attract the attention of discerning buyers.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. M. R. Jaishankar, Chairman and Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises, said, “The entry into the plotted development space is a significant milestone for Brigade Group, augmenting our presence in all major segments of the commercial and residential real-estate sectors. In Q3 of FY’22, Brigade reported sales of 1.1 mn sft valued at ₹ 684 Cr in its residential business alone. While Bangalore continues to be the primary contributor, Brigade will continue to focus on the South Indian market, and is aiming to increase the contribution of Chennai and Hyderabad markets in its overall portfolio.
