Describe in brief your background and about your business establishment.

In the year 1937, we established our textile dyes and chemicals trading company at Indore. Over the years, we have diversified into Construction, Real estate and Equipment rentals.

Abhinav Infrabuild Pvt Ltd (AIPL) is our construction company. Our team, over the years, has executed all kinds of projects, like industries, warehouses, low cost housing, river barrage, cricket stadium, hospitals, schools, and most recently railway works involving mass earthwork and bridges.

AIPL is divided into 2 divisions, Civil and PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings). Under our PEB division, we execute projects for national and international level PEB manufacturers and have carried out works for many renowned names like Coca-Cola, Ceat Tyres, Embassy group, Mahindra, Godrej, Maxion, Motherson Sumi etc.

Describe the services you provide.

We provide turnkey solutions to our industrial and warehouse customers, including designing, civil, PEB, site development, insulation and fire proofing.

With warehousing and logistics being the fastest growing sector, we provide a one-stop solution with assured super quick delivery. Last year we completed a 10,000 sqm warehouse in 120 days, including designing by our own in-house architectural design team.

We have also just completed an industrial building, with multi-level civil structures and a 54 metre high tower, and this is amongst the tallest industrial multi-level PEBs in the country.

Tell us more about your flooring and scaffolding rental divisions.

Looking at the rising standards of floors now required for new-age warehousing facilities to enable smoother movement of MHEs, we have started a separate flooring division wherein we will be using an American laser screed machine and deliver floors that have better levelness & flatness and at the same time will require lower maintenance. Projects in hand at present for flooring are approx. 50,000 sqm.

In 2016, we realised that not just us, but also all our competitors continuously need scaffolding on rent, hence we created a new company M/s  Acme Infrabuild which is primarily engaged in renting out scaffolding material and continuously upgrading the products on offer.

What are your future plans?

We have never stopped innovating and have never stopped bringing in new technology. One of India’s first few PEBs was erected by us and we have achieved many more such landmarks. We will continue to bring in the latest and best technologies in construction to our customers.

Our focus areas will be Logistic hubs and industrial zones.
