We use latest water proofing system with anti-corrosive compound for the protection of entire foundation basement and sub structure from dampness as well as corrosion of steel throughout the longevity of the structure. We provide aluminum formwork for monolithic RCC construction which reduces the construction cycle and banding the wooden planks and bamboo to save the trees and green. We provide screen type safety net to maintain the international standard of safety. We are also preceding the top-down structure concept to reduce the time frame and use modern construction equipment like Excavator, Break-Hoe-Loader, Tower crane, Boom placer, material lifting hoists, our set up of concrete batching plant (in house) etc. during construction.
The use of technology in your company in various practices, Comment!
In recent times, the real estate sector has gradually evolved with new aspirations of buyers and innovations in construction. We have started to use the aforesaid construction technologies in our projects so as to ensure better output and timely completion of the projects with assured quality of product. Most are high-rise projects with repetitive buildings, we have recently adopted aluminum formwork shuttering, and the entire structure is being made as a monolithic structure, totally removing the use of brickwork & plaster, which is a major time taking activity. A great initiative has been taken in the form of replacing huge volume of cement with Fly ash (waste material from steel plant) in concrete. This reduces the heat radiation from outside wall in a large scale. By using the aluminum formwork shuttering we are getting accurate dimensions and sizes as per the plans which enhance the quality. In addition to these, we are using modern day equipment like painting through machines, use of construction machinery for earth excavation, shifting of materials, etc.

Initiatives to boost affordable housing sector will lead to the fruition of the government’s ‘Housing for all by 2022’ vision. Additionally, we appreciate the government’s efforts to advance their smart cities project which aims to improve the quality of life. Job creation was the need of the hour and we applaud the positive outlook towards employment in rural development and healthcare services. We anticipated some announcements on income tax relief, single window clearance, granting industry status to real estate and clarity on GST with respect to subsuming stamp duty and registration charges but we hope the government takes measures to address this in the near future. The proposed budgeted expenses in various sectors; Rural Infrastructure, Health and Fishing will have a positive impact on the economy allowing us to be optimistic about the real estate market and we look forward to a productive year.
