What kind of growth has the company seen under your leadership?
Still learning from my company as it has been nurtured by the family and our parents. I have goals set for the organisation, where I see us growing up to a level where each employee feels that he is the company and works tirelessly to make it a zero defect organisation.
Wat is that one strategy that keeps you one step ahead of your competitors?
We are proactive and futuristic when it comes to designs and trends. Developing designs and finishes that will be Liked 2 years from now as how we look at it.
What according to you are the key factors contributing to Growth & Development of Infrastructure in India?
The changing mindset of the new generation, we believe that we can compete with the best in the world. Hence we plan accordingly. Self-worth of young Indians has increased in the past few years.
Your advice for new generation upcoming Leaders?
Discipline and consistency are the game changers which we are also trying hard to achieve.
