Share with us your views on the roadmap or the outline, which followed in the recent year of 2018-2019 period, for the infrastructure and construction sector.

The following few years have been a mixed bag for the construction sector- big reforms in terms of GST / RERA/ IBC have changed the way business was being done in this sector. from being an unorganized sector, it is now on a path of being more professional + organized with more transparency and accountability being the new normal of doing business.

Tell us about your recent recognized projects (e.g your core execution strength and expertise in providing best solutions) / views on the current promising trends of the Industry.

One of the rent projects that we have completed and deliver is THE ARTHAH a group housing society in Vaishali Ghaziabad with 150 units only and also the tallest tower in GHZ AT 103 meters. We have started the project in 2014 and in 5 years we are delivering our project to homebuyers. Despite all the changes and challenges over the past few years. As our intention was to first complete and handover this project, before launching others. Buyers have rewarded us for the professional work by buying with us and appraised the quality that we have provided to our buyers.

Share with us your promising management ideas and driving strategies which you are using in your projects?

One of the things we did to restore confidence among our potential buyers was to meet them in person and discuss all aspects of the project and even negotiate with them if need be. It helped the buyers in knowing who are the people responsible to delivery the homes to them and it helped me building an one one trust with each buyer. We also made sure that cash flow of this project was only used to complete this project which helped us in delivering in time as our work never stopped. We used a lot of social media platforms to connect with our buyers and answer their queries. We were very flexible in our payment plans with buyers to suit their needs.

How would you predict the year 2019, along with sharing your business plans for the next 5 years, as the new government is just going to be elected, in order to adapt to the latest policies and norms and remaining competitive in the industry?

I feel the current reforms will be go a long way in cleaning the mess that many other bigger builders have made before. It was the much-needed transformation in professionalizing business in this sector. I feel if you do the base things right you don’t need to do many other things to stay competitive as in the end of the day your work talks. The building itself will show more than I can say.

We are looking to expand in the NCR market with our own land bank across Greater Noida, Sohna and looking for JV’s with like minded land owners as well. We wish to focus on smaller niche projects rather than big townships as they are easier to finance and execute /deliver than large townships.
