What enriching experience, Vortex Hydra is going through at EXCON 2017, both from business and participation point of views?
It is my first time in India and I’m having an interesting experience both in India and in an exhibition like EXCON 2017. It is an exclusive meet of various major international exhibitors.
Tell us about the profile of Vortex Hydra and it’s collaboration with Columbia?
We are celebrating our 50th business year here in India. In our half century, we have done many-many automation’s, projects and implementations. Now in the past few years, we have concentrated on concrete roof tile production, covering everything from manual, semi-automatic to automatic series. We have now reached the position of world leader, particularly in the machines market. The machines we make are highly advanced and flexible and so we can not only make concrete roof tiles but also concrete floor and wall tiles. The same machines are now just a bit changed, as in terms of the aluminum pallets used in them for roofing siding & floor.
Share your 50 years of business establishment journey, from its developing state to becoming a world leader and now participating in EXCON 2017?
Going back to 20-30 years back and even more, concrete roof tiles manufacturing was not wide spread as it is today. The largest market at that time was UK and then it spread to other countries gradually and now it is coming in India. So across South Asia, we have adapted ourselves all this time to new market requirements, new local requirements-like the types of the machinery in demand. We have always maintained our commitment to the customer. We also have initiatives to support our acumen in terms of the training.
Tell us about the ideas and innovations that are there as premier features in your launches here at EXCON 2017?
Our main products are concrete roof tiles along with the wooden floor tiles. In the last few years, we have noticed the people and the architects of new innovations. We have new technology equipped and advanced series of machinery and products. This allows us to give solutions to the customers world-wide.
