- Code of wages to ensure full liability of Principal employer for salaries & statutory pay-outs
- Amendment in NAPS pay-out internal to the respective service partner to be made Quarterly
- Compliances to be made stricter and each employee to get minimum wages through digital transfer only
- All Indian companies including tender documents to award contracts to Indian Origin companies only (Vocal for Local)
- Lower GST rate for residential societies opting for professions FM services
- Minimum capping of Service charge quoting for govt. tenders to limit scavenging costing & non-compliance models
- PMRPY to be mandated for next 5years without any revoke clause
- Inhouse training/Skill enhancement by IFM firms to be incentivised
- MSME payment act to be relaxed, especially for mid-range IFM firms (200-500Crs)
- Instruments/acts to safeguard the outstanding of IFM service provider with large/listed corporates
