Bhutani Infra has taken possession of the first phase of Bhutani Bayview International Film City in Noida, marking a monumental step in India’s cinematic and real estate landscape. Spanning 230 acres with an investment of ₹1,510 crore, this visionary project aims to transform Noida into a global filmmaking powerhouse.
Equipped with cutting-edge virtual studios, underwater filming facilities, and high-tech LED screens, Bhutani Bayview will revolutionise film production. The Film City will also house a state-of-the-art film university, nurturing talent and fostering innovation. Positioned just 6 km from Noida International Airport, it will provide world-class infrastructure, offering seamless access to global filmmakers and investors.
A defining feature of the project is the massive 250-acre “ओं” symbol, designed to be visible from space, reinforcing India’s cultural and cinematic prominence. This ambitious development aligns with the Uttar Pradesh government’s Film Policy 2023, attracting investment and creating over 50,000 jobs.

The project’s landmark features include The Gateway’s twin towers, The Island Resort for luxury accommodations, and The Red Carpet Zone for exclusive premieres and industry events.
