It offers a wide range of services such as residential development, commercial real estate operation, property management, and infrastructure construction & operation. Becoming an innovative driver of urban development and residential environment improvement, Risland has developed projects in many countries including the United States, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, India, and Indonesia, etc.
Risland entered the Indian market in the year 2017 and has now entered New Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai. It has established a global layout in the countries where it is present. It has brought innovative value to the real estate industry as well as the local community development in many cities to become a great companion and partner of urban development.

The total project cost is estimated around Rs 700 crore, which will be funded through internal accruals and advances from customers against sales. The company has tied up with local developer Uppal group to construct the Chhattarpur project. Uppal group owns 4.1 acres of land. Sky Mansions by Risland has one of the fastest paces of construction activities in NCR, and will be ready for possession in November, 2021.
In which way you perceive the union budget which is announced for the industry and give us your opinion to channeling out a profitable financial plan to remain a key player of the industry?
Budget 2019 has given a huge boost to the infrastructure sector. This would bring multi level benefit to not only realty sector but other industries as well. This would also generate large scale employment opportunities in the economy. Government’s focus to strengthen infrastructure in sectors like roads, waterways, metro, and rail would augur well for the growth of real estate sector.
