The rapid evolution of the company has resulted in a network of over 1000 professionals of various nationalities with company operations and offices across India, Nepal, Malaysia, Africa, Sri Lanka, Middle East and Vietnam. Synergy’s clientele includes a long list of corporate and developer clients; most of them who have engaged Synergy on multiple projects.
We were among the first in the country to implement MIS for construction services, use web based collaboration system and adopt BIM (Building Information Modeling), 3D laser scanning in our projects, which gives a new perspective to construction.

The most significant trend that is going to take construction sector to new heights in the coming year is technology driven innovation. Embracing continuous innovation and technology will ensure effective project construction management. The construction industry is rapidly changing and new materials, construction technologies, software, digitization and artificial intelligence are being introduced on a regular basis.
Developers have started using technologies such as self-climbing formwork, aluminum shuttering and precast concrete technology. Hydraulic self-climbing formwork is a system for the construction of walls and other vertical structures without crane. Aluminum Formwork system is very cost effective for repetition of building layouts and for above-the-plinth work. It can be designed for any condition/component of building such as bay windows, stairs, balconies and special architectural features. Last but not the least, precast concrete technology makes logistics need very minimal. Precast floors, walls, frames and foundations are transported to a construction site ready-to-install.
Usage of toilet pods, sandwich panels and dry stone cladding is bringing construction towards more modular base approach. The processes become much easier with the use of precast (undergoing learning process), bar bending machines (computer aided) and precut fabricated steel.

At Synergy, PMC is considered as management from ‘concept to delivery’ which includes complete design management with full value-add/value engineering, preparation of comprehensive development planning strategies, and pre-planning the entire construction system and strategy based on the need of the Project. Synergy contract documents also incorporate key aspects of FIDIC and other international contracts, which in turn make these contract documents benchmarked to global standards.
