The construction industry is a key driver of the Indian economy. The construction business in India is developing as a result of ongoing urbanization, impending infrastructural projects, and a growing population base. Mumbai and Delhi have seen with many high raise towers already and the good part in recent is , cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad , Chennai , Kolkata are started getting high raise projects clearances even upto 100 to 200 mtrs. Hence the technology driven safety machines are required in such tower constructions and hence leverage the machinery industries

Spartan has been pioneer in designing and developing construction equipment. Spartan boasts of a team of 30 experienced and expert designers. This team is dedicated for designing, engineering and product development activities. It is well equipped with highly configured workstations along with latest and advanced design software like Solidworks and AutoCad.

All the machines are deigned as per international standards- CE. The machines are designed electrically as per European EN standards and thus are CE certified. CE certification consists of safety assessment tests, load test to ensure structural strength, FE Analysis reports of all components and electrical safety test- Low/ High Voltage tests.

IoT (Internet of things) is enabled to easily access data and information that is sitting far from your hoist location, in real time. It help to keep hoist maintained and ensure hoist is always under safe operation also it sends notifications to customer and OEM of critical fault and indicates emergency.

Advantages of IOT

• Real time Hoist status available in IoT app customer can check last servicing date, next servicing date, operational status etc.
• This detail help to customer to know the hoist servicing status, its help to keep hoist well maintained. Also customer can check hoist is operational or under breakdown from anywhere.
• Customer can check hoist running hours date wise and average per day running hours.
• It helps customer to track running cost of the hoist, also check productivity per day
• Complete history of fault is available, including Safety device actuation, VFD trip, VPR fault, Bake liner wear out, contactor fault etc.
• Customer can see hoist performance from any were through app also any abnormality can be easily traced and solve / repair before major breakdown.

Dr. Vikram Mehta is a young and dynamic second generation entrepreneur. He has a doctorate in Construction. He is an alumni of Wharton & Kellogg University & did his MBA from SP Jain and graduated in Production Engineering from Fr. Agnel, a premier institute in Mumbai.

Spartan has full-fledged teams of Sales & Service in 16 cities across India, with a state of the art manufacturing plant at Atgaon – Mumbai- Nashik Highway, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Bhiwandi.

He has introduced to India, one of the most advanced safe & innovative hoists like Multi-functional material hoists, making Spartan a renowned brand in India for Hoists. His innovation in Hoists has been rewarded by BAI (Builder’s Association of India) by felicitating him with ‘Navratna of Construction Industry’. To add to the award list, he has also been awarded for ‘Business Excellence’ from AIBCF. His vision has won him many other awards for Spartan like- being one of the top 30 and top 100 SMEs in India. For Spartan, he has also bagged International Trade Award for ‘Construction Machinery Exports’ in Nepal.
