JCB India inaugurates a state-of-the-art dealership facility in Jabalpur India’s leading Manufacturer of Earthmoving and Construction Equipment strengthens its presence in Madhya Pradesh
JCB India Limited and its dealer, Frontier Commercial Vehicles inaugurated its world class dealer facility in Jabalpur on 2nd June 2017. Spread over 37,536 sq.ft, this is the largest facility for Construction Equipment by Frontier Commercial Vehicle and will also be their new Head Office.
This facility has been set up with an aim to provide an unmatched experience to JCB customers for all their equipment related requirements including Sales, Service and JCB Genuine Parts.

This world class set-up exemplifies their commitment towards customers and all stakeholders.” said Mr. Vipin Sondhi, MD & CEO, JCB India Ltd during the inauguration.
“As JCB transforms into a full range Infrastructure Equipment Partner with its world class product solutions, this new facility will help us take the focus on larger Excavators, Wheeled Loaders and Compactors further. It will also help offer our customers a unique and unparalleled experience.” Mr. Sondhi added.
Apart from the Premier Line range of machines which include Tracked Excavators, Wheeled Loaders and Compactors, this 4-bay integrated workshop, built in10,500 sq.ft. area, will provide services for Backhoe Loaders, the Material Handling range – Telehandlers, Skid Steer Loaders and Super Loaders. It also has a state-of-the-art fully operational command centre for “Livelink”, a noteworthy advanced telematics technology introduced by JCB which enables customers in efficient fleet management.
Customers with Livelink enabled machines get SMS alerts on their mobile phones or smart devices regarding service, fuel alerts, operations and security of their machines by using the Geo Fencing and Time fencing features. All this information is available to the customer in real time basis. It gives inputs to the user on SOS, i.e Service, Operations and Security of their equipment. JCB Livelink strives to deliver constructive, real-time information to increase profits and improve productivity.
The new facility will cover 15 key districts of – Jabalpur, Seoni, Balaghat, Katni, Satna, Rewa, Damoh, Narsinghpur, Umaria, Dindori, Mandla, Shadol, Panna, Anuppur and Sihora.
The infrastructure of the dealership has been made as per the JCB corporate identity guidelines and is equipped with JCB standardised systems and processes.
