Water has been indispensible source of our lives. Over the years how significantly has the technology advanced in drinking water treatment?
Oasis is one of the leaders in cooling and purifying technologies, Oasis always focuses on one and only thing to provide best quality of drinking water with appropriate purifications as per WHO standard. Purification is subject to water quality available at different geographical area and depends on water hardness and microbiological elements available in it. Oasis green filters and UV is one of the best practice applicable for advanced drinking water treatment.
With the increase in population and diverse chemicals entering water supply? What should be the focus in to ensure safe drinking water for the future?
With the increase in population and diverse chemical uses by industry water pollution is major challenges for drinking water. Oasis is providing many filters specific to the requirement of required demand of the market. These filters are carbon filters/ Sediment filters / Silver nano filters / UF filters / Membrane filters and other methods of filtration. All filters produced by Oasis come under green filter approach where oasis promises to put only biodegradable elements in environment. So, Oasis says no to plastic.
Considering the Indian geographical conditions what are the ideal water purification technologies or methods to be implemented in developing nations like ours?
India is very vast as a country and having standard purification doesn’t work here, challenges vary from state to state in term of purification, like Oasis is doing public water management at smart city Trivandrum and we found quality of municipal water is good, so only basic filters and UV steriliser is sufficient to serve the water. But at some of the places different purifications is applicable like STP + WTP or may be RO plant work. Depending how we convert the water portable as per WHO standard.
What are the steps taken to reduce contamination and facilitate free access to sustainable and clean drinking water for cities?
Steps taken by different government agencies in India is appreciated, especially the government of India committed towards ghar ghar Nal is one the biggest achievement in Indian history. Government is proposing free and hygienic drinking water at different states with support of different expert organisation supporting across globe. Oasis is one of them who is working step to step with government and private players in India for developing sustainable drinking water solutions free for public use. Oasis is committed to say no to single use plastic and applying drinking fountain/ drinking water fountains at many places in India.
