How has the business been so far in the last two years?
Business has been good in last two years. We have seen growth, especially in the construction industry,but, shortage of raw material affected oneof the quarters of the business year. Otherwise business has been good and fair.
Tell us about the recent up gradations which have taken place in your products?
We have opted for total automation of our plants, this will improve the efficiency. We have come up with new Dinlock rings, which are more durable and sustainable. Previously the rings use to come out very easily and would tear off over a period of time. After noting leakages in all company’s piping systems, we in PRINCE decided to switch to the latest technology and upgraded the product.
Tell us about different pipes being used for hot & cold water? Do you have such technology incorporated in your product?
Our pipes are called Smartfit CPVC Pipes. Those are manufactured for cold and hot water. It can withstand any wear -tear. It can withstand temperature upto 90–93 degrees at very high pressure.
In PVC pipes- the raw material which we are using can withstand minimum temperature from -15 degree to maximum 65 degree.
Sir, what are your current objectives right now?
Currently our financial growth for this year is about 30% over our previous turnover. We now look forward to grow about 1400 to 1500 crore. Secondly, we are looking at expansion. Our expansion is going on in Haridwar as of now. In terms of quality, we have noticed that the customer, for price benefit are using sub-standard quality,we want to caution them by requesting them to use Prince Pipes or any equal brand which meet all standardof Indian constructions, cause plumbing is the heart of the building and if pipes start to leak then it may decrease the life span of house.
