Indian government has already approved massive fund for the infrastructure sector, opening the door of opportunities for private players active in segments like roads, airports, power and so on. Initiatives like Housing for All, Smart Cities Mission, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana will lead to development of new cities, highways and roads in our country. By 2019, highway network is anticipated to include developed 5 lac kms in India. The landmark implementation of GST in real estate is meant to reduce the demand and supply gap.

Apart from Reach Comercia, we are developing around 1.5million sq. ft. of area spread across 3 ultra-modern projects in South Gurugram.
1) REACH AIRIA – Hybrid Retail Centre
The project is planned with a right mix of shopping and entertainment having 7-screen high-end Multiplex, F&B and supermarket outlets, and will house major fashion brands.
2) REACH 3ROADS– Neighbourhood Retail Centre
Reach Group’s another unbeatable project is Reach 3Roads in Gurugram’s Sector 70. The upcoming neighbourhood retail complex is situated at cross junction of three roads and will undoubtedly impress onlookers with its superior-design sensibility.
3) Reach Mii Tower – Corporate Commercial Tower
Another project is Mii Tower, another remarkable corporate commercial tower from the house of Reach Group, is constructed at Sector 70, Gurugram.
