Expectations from year 2016:
The worst recession for the commercial vehicle industry is behind us now. All segments of Commercial Vehicle industry are already growing except trucks used in construction sites. As we move forward, a lot more growth is expected to come from demand from two sectors- Mining and Construction. Already, the coal mining industry is showing handsome growth with significant focus of the Government to increase domestic production of coal. Furthermore, with a number of infrastructure projects under implementation and the Government’s actions to remove hurdles; construction segment also is likely to show good growth in the next 2-3 years. With launch of the latest technology products in our Pro 8000 & 6000 series, we are now in a relatively advantageous position to take benefit of this expected revival in mining and construction segment.
