The 7th edition of bauma CONEXPO INDIA has set a transformative precedent for India’s construction, mining, and infrastructure industries. Held from December 11 to14, 2024, at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida, this year’s edition has been a landmark in the nation’s infrastructure journey.
Spanning over 135,000 square metres of exhibition space, bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2024 showcased groundbreaking innovations that drew more than 51,118 trade visitors from 83 countries. The trade fair was officially inaugurated by Shri Nitin Gadkari, Hon’ble Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Government of India. He marked the occasion by lighting the ceremonial lamp. In his inaugural address, he stated that,

TIL Limited Returns to bauma CONEXPO After 8 Years Under Gainwell Group Umbrella
TIL Limited (NSE: TIL), a cornerstone in India’s material handling and infrastructure equipment manufacturing sector, made a triumphant return to Bauma ConExpo India 2024 under the Gainwell Group banner, marking a significant milestone in its transformation journey. At its expansive 800-square-meter display area (Stall No. OG-55), TIL displayed a comprehensive range of equipment, including the newly launched Snorkel A62JRT articulating boom lift, the updated Hyster TIL ReachStacker, and the N80A – a specialised article handling equipment used widely by India’s Defence Forces (now available for retail customers). The four-day event witnessed exceptional engagement, with TIL’s stall recording over 2,500 visitors, including key decision-makers from the infrastructure, construction, and port sectors. The exhibition comes close on the heels of TIL’s quarterly report which showed robust financial performance, with a healthy orderbook of ₹214 Cr and impressive 45.8% EBITDA growth in Q2FY25, demonstrating the company’s successful transformation under new leadership.
The centerpiece of TIL’s exhibition was the Snorkel A62JRT articulating boom lift, marking the company’s strategic entry into India’s aerial work platform segment. The machine features impressive specifications including a working height of 20.8m, zero tail swing design, and the largest platform in its class, accommodating two operators with tools.
The N80 Articulating Crane, another highlight of TIL’s display, showcased its safe and swift handling capabilities with an 8-ton lifting capacity and 20-meter maximum reach. The crane features a state-of-the-art Load Moment Indicator (LMI) system, precision controls, and a compact mounting design that makes it ideal for urban construction sites. Its advanced articulation system enables operation in confined spaces, while the integrated safety features like overload protection and stability control system garnered significant attention from visitors.
The Hyster-TIL RS46-33 ReachStacker demonstrated TIL’s expertise in port handling solutions, featuring a lifting capacity of 46 tons and advanced container handling capabilities. The machine’s newly designed ergonomic cabin offers 360-degree visibility and includes an intelligent monitoring system that provides real-time performance data. The ReachStacker’s innovative ECO-mode operation, resulting in up to 15% fuel savings, particularly resonated with port operators and logistics companies looking for sustainable solutions.

bauma CHINA 2024: shaping the future with record-breaking achievements and new energy trends
bauma CHINA 2024, held from November 26 to 29 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, made a triumphant return after a four-year hiatus, setting new records across the board: Spanning an impressive over 330,000 square meters, the trade fair brought together 3,542 exhibitors from 32 countries and regions, representing a 24% increase from 2020. With 281,488 trade visitors from 188 countries and regions, including more than 20% overseas visitors, bauma CHINA consolidated its position as Asia’s premier trade fair for construction machinery, building material machines, mining machines, and construction vehicles, serving as a global platform for innovation and industry trends exchange.

With record-breaking attendance, bauma CHINA 2024 demonstrated unprecedented global participation, attracting 281,488 trade visitors, more than 20% of whom were from overseas, representing a significant growth compared to 2018. The top 10 visitor countries were: Russia, India, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Kazakhstan, Brazil and Japan.
The event’s success underscored its role as a key link between international markets and China’s fast-growing industry, particularly amid the “Belt and Road” initiative, Saudi Arabia’s “Vision 2030” infrastructure investments, and Indonesia’s accelerated mining plan, which are driving demand for construction machinery products in regions along the Belt and Road, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

ACUD to Showcase Plans, Investment Opportunities at Dubai’s International Property Show, IPS 2022
With preparations in full swing for the hugely popular International Property Show, IPS 2022, to be held in Dubai from March 24 to 26, the Owner and Developer for the New Administrative capital in Egypt – Administrative Capital For Urban Development (ACUD) – is all geared up to participate in the event and showcase its major plans and lucrative investment opportunities in the Egyptian real estate market.
