industry. Mr. Bhandari has spearheaded VTP Realty as its Chief Executive Officer for over 7
years now and under his leadership the company has seen phenomenal growth that has
changed the landscape of Pune city. The brand has in fact leapfrogged into the top league of
real estate companies in India by coming up 5th nationally in terms of units sold and 6th in
terms of total area sold.
Under Sachin’s able leadership, VTP Realty has experienced high velocity growth and
expansion. He has been instrumental in guiding VTP Realty to take its business from 90 crores
in 2015 when he joined as the CEO; to over 3000 crores in 2022. He was named Executive
Director in 2023. The company is slated to achieve annual revenues of over 50% growth on the
previous year’s revenue, in 2022-23 marking another year of exponential growth.

Prior to joining VTP Realty, Sachin has had successful stints with companies like Cummins India
Ltd and ICICI Bank. At Cummins he was a part of the Sales and Marketing team and handled
clients like Tata Motors and L&T. While at ICICI, he grew in the ranks rapidly due to his risk
taking abilities and strong delivery on targets. He was at the helm of affairs at the ICICI Project
Finance business vertical and was working closely with the real estate sector. He has always
been known as a maverick who had the gumption and drive to turn things around. And that is
how he made the move to VTP Realty in 2015.
Sachin is an Alumni of India’s second oldest engineering college, COEP Pune. He also has an
MBA-Marketing under his belt. Sachin has been awarded “CEO of the Year” multiple times over
the years as is a highly regarded name in the industry.
In his free time, Sachin likes to keep up with the news on current affairs, industry updates,
macro economic trends, has a keen interest in latest technology and gadgets and loves to sing.
