SDLG celebrates RD730 road roller launch in Indonesia
SDLG’s RD730 road roller has just been launched in Indonesia and, already, a first unit (pictured) has been sold. The customer, PT Gemela International, is using it for road compaction at a hotel on the resort island of Lombok
In 2018, Indonesia plans to build 856 km of new roads across the archipelago as part of the government’s infrastructure push. To meet this increased demand for reliable and productive road construction equipment, SDLG recently launched the RD730 3 t-rated road roller in Indonesia.
“Recent infrastructure projects in Indonesia, such as the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road, are indicative of the growing demand for dependable road construction equipment in the country,” said Victor Zhao, vice general manager for SDLG Import and Export Company. “The RD730 not only bolsters SDLG’s product range in Indonesia but is also an excellent reliable value option for construction companies.”
At the launch event in the capital, Jakarta, Zhao met with customers, dealers and press from across the country.
