How does a company invest in, when they opt for rooftop-based solar PV?

There are two ways in which investment can happen in solar power plants, first where in customer is technical and commercially clear on his investment decision and ready to take plunge for Investment on his own. However there are second set of customers who are convinced on viability of installing solar power plant however not sure if they would like to risk their own money and look at options of BOOT model in various format wherein they would be comfortable buying energy from installed solar power plants on their roof and they are ready to bind themselves with long term Power purchase agreement<PPA>. Tenure of PPA can be anywhere between 15 years to 25 years with various options of buying back plant in midterm at pre-agreed prices.  As we ourselves work in solar power plants, we understand better about concerns of our customers and we help them in arriving in decision making process related to technical and commercial feasibility of project before going ahead and making decision for investment in solar power plants.
