Marathon Group and Adani Realty launched the 2nd tower of their premium residential project at Byculla – Monte South. Approximately Rs 2000 crore joint venture between the two real estate brands, Monte South has introduced luxury 2 and 3 BHK residences starting at Rs 2.99 crore.
