What would you like to share about your extravagant participation as a player at the Bauma Conexpo 2018?

Bauma Conexpo as a major and leading trade show in India. Due to their experience internationally and professional attach to the industry offers lot more than a normal show. For this reason we always tried to keep a major machine in our shows. This time also we plan to do the same and launching our latest development Block Master BM 12 FA along with Mega Star Series Planetary Mixer. Forest Press product range consists of BM 4 SA, BM 6 FA, BM 9 FA, BM 12 FA and BM 15 FA is the latest under development stage. Apart from that all types of planetary mixers are available with most advanced batching plants. In association with WKB Germany we launch the latest AAC plant ranging from the entry level 200 cbm upto 1500 cbm. Our associate companies consists of Eco Filter, Mywood, Rotho, HMB and Kraft is also active with us in this market. We are very much convinced on this exhibition and show our strength in our home market.

Describe in detail about your recent launches, the innovations behind them and give specifications about the special features which you are offering with your new products, especially in terms of the technological and hardware developments in your machines.

Forest Press is Global leader in providing customised solutions for Concrete Industry. Our Core strength is our in-house fabrication and design, and Machining facility, supplying plants and equipments from our assembly and fabrication facility at Bangalore, India. We have team of mechanical and electrical engineers supporting our customers 24/7. We strongly believe in the term “The Secret to success is hard work”.

We have launched Four Station Press and Mini Wet Press Machine, designed especially for Infra based products like Heavy duty Tiles, Tactile, Flag Tiles, Drain Channel, Kerb Stones, Road Markers, Drain Slabs etc., Our plant and Equipments are able to produce multiple products. The advantage of using these products is effective channelizing of Roadways and the drain system, Distinctive Pedestrian Channels in the Suburbs and the Heavy traffic areas.

What is your expert opinion on the competitiveness in the market, in regards to your product pricing and ambitious plans for the upcoming year-2019?

India is perfect combination of availability of Manpower and technology. Our OEM’s like Bosch, IEMENS, SEW, LEUZE and our sub vendors are located at Bangalore, it enables us to compete with the global fluctuation in the currencies and to have control over the price sensitive market.

Interlock pavers starting from 12000 pieces/shift (2500Sq.ft) upto 80000 pieces/shift(18000 Sq.ft). Single Station and Triple Station Press produces Kerb Stones, drain Channels, Dish Channels, Flag Covers, Ferro Covers Public utility and Infra Projects etc., Four Station Press is known for Tactiles, Flag Tiles and Interlock Pavers with Dry and Wet Finish. Mega Star Planetary Mixers are able to produce Dry and RMC Mix from 300 ltr per mix upto 3000 ltr concrete output in single batch. Forest Press Machines offers wide range of products with reduced cycles minimum operation cost and reduced labour.
