Along with Dwarka Expressway, this micro-market is one of two growth corridors identified for residential developments in Gurugram. New Gurugram is close to prominent landmarks such as the Ambience Mall, Cyber City, Huda City Center metro station, etc. Furthermore, it has a solid social infrastructure due to the abundance of 5-star hotels, shopping malls, hospitals and academic institutions close to residential complexes. In addition, New Gurugram’s connectivity with Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and northern Haryana has improved due to recent infrastructure improvements, such as the completion of the Manesar-Kundli segment of the KMP Expressway as well as the development of Delhi Mumbai expressway.

Additionally, with the upcoming Delhi-Gurugram SNB RRTS Corridor, the area will have better connectivity and enhanced infrastructure. The upcoming Clover Leaf linking NH-48, the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), and Central Peripheral Road (CPR) will help ease traffic on NH-48 by providing a direct route to Delhi via the Dwarka Expressway from Gurugram and Manesar.

The area is therefore witnessing a significant number of residential projects either in the process of completion or nearing completion. Homebuyers can buy high-end condominiums at a relatively lower price. These areas have lower pollution also, owing to great green cover which makes living here healthy as well.
